Please note that the confirmation emails from GeoTrust/RapidSSL (Bronze), Thawte (Limitbreaker) are not sent to you by ourselves, but by DigiCert.
We do not have any influence on the delivery. The error often occurs because these automatically generated and english mails are marked as SPAM and therefore filtered out on your page or moved to the SPAM folder. Therefore, please check your SPAM measures first if you have not received the mail. Please also check the CAA record on your server or put the certification authority on your whitelist. If you have already checked this, there are two ways to get to your confirmation mail:
Resend confirmation mail as PSW console user
If you are a customer using our PSW console, you can easily solve this problem. Simply log into the console with your customer account. Then „View“ the corresponding certificate under „Certificates“. Here you select the action „Send confirmation e-mail“. The confirmation e-mail should now be sent again.
Resend confirmation mail without console account
If you are not a customer in our console, where you can register for free at any time, please send us an e-mail. It should contain your order number and a request to resend the confirmation email. We will make sure that your confirmation email is sent again as soon as possible.
