A change between the different certification authorities (CAs) is possible at any time.
You receive each SSL/TLS certificate purchased with a prearranged validity period. This means that you are not contractually bound to a CA and your SSL/TLS certificate is not automatically renewed (e.g. with a subscription). You can therefore switch to another CA at any time.
However, you should be aware that any remaining terms cannot be refunded or charged with a new SSL/TLS certificate.
