We cannot install the SSL Certificate on the outstanding request (IIS)!
Usually, this problem occurs when you have accidentally deleted the outstanding request, overwritten it with a new one, or closed the dialog by clicking Cancel after creating it. In this case, you will have to create a new request and we will exchange your SSL certificates.
Where can I find the bundle file mentioned in the instructions?
